Returns & Refund Policy

At Herbag, we carefully curate authentic luxury bags and accessories with the highest standards of quality and presentation. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• in the same condition as received,
• unused and without signs of wear,
• returned with all original packaging, accessories, and tags,
• accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged Items or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, authenticity, and security reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• used or worn items,
• products showing signs of damage after delivery,
• personalized or special-order items,
• final sale / discounted items,
• gift cards.

For rental items, clients are responsible for maintaining the product in the same condition in which it was delivered. Any significant damage, loss, or unusual wear may result in additional charges based on the item’s condition and value assessment by Herbag.

Exchanges

If you wish to replace an item with a different model or style, the fastest solution is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
