Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Rental reservations are confirmed only after product availability and payment verification.

Shipping Within Albania

Delivery is available throughout Albania through third-party courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Tirana: same day or next business day
  • Other cities: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected items upon request. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information or delivery confirmation may be provided when available through the shipping carrier.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned or delayed due to incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, or courier-related issues are not the responsibility of the store.

Once an order has been transferred to the courier, responsibility for shipping and delivery timing passes to the shipping provider.

Luxury Item Protection

All products are packaged carefully to help ensure safe transportation and protection during delivery.

Rental items must be returned within the agreed rental period and in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If a package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, contact:
